At Loka Style, we strive to ensure that every order meets our quality standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, personal preference, or any other reason after an order has been delivered.

All sales are final unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@lokastyle.store.

To help us evaluate the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for items that are confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

If your refund request is approved, we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at support@lokastyle.store.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper care

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
